Article V, Section 7 has been revised to expand eligibility for potential committee members.  The current bylaw requires previous winners as committee members only; however, previous winners are not always available to serve on this committee.  The intent will be to offer previous winners a position on the committee, but when not feasible, the committee may be filled with other OKU members.   

A vote to approve this proposed change shall be at the annual business meeting in March of 2025.

Section 7. The Leeper Award Committee

The Stephen H. Leeper Award Committee shall consist of the Vice-President (committee chairperson) and the previous two (2) Leeper Award recipients.  The purpose of the Leeper Award Committee shall be to review nominations and select the annual Stephen H. Leeper Award winner.
