New Member Inductions:

(1)There is a new form for calculating new member dues and costs.  Please see the "OKU Forms" tab and download the "OKUmembershipform."

(2)To register new members, you may follow one of two methods:

  (a)Click on the “Membership Information” tab; Select “OFFICIAL ORDER FORM"; Enter the relevant information, and click “add row” at the bottom left to continue adding members.  The form supports up to 40 names in a given order.  If you should have more inductees, simply place the rest of the inductees in a second submission; When finished, select “next” at the bottom right.

  (b)Alternative OPTION: If you are having trouble with the ordering system, please download the "OKU Order Form" found under the "OKU Forms" tab.  Fill in the form, email it back as an .xl or .xls file to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  

(3)Print the OKUmembershipform and mail with to check to:

How To Order Stoles:

(1)The Supreme Chapter currently has plenty of stoles available.

(2)Fill in and print out the OKUmembershipform (found under "OKU Forms").  Mail the form to the address below.  Include $50 per stole, (there is a S/H fee of $10 on orders of 2 or less stoles).  Checks payable to "OKU" or "Omicron Kappa Upsilon."  Please include mailing address, including Room or Floor #.

Replacement Orders:

For the purchase of extra or replacement Insignia (Pins, Keys, or Stoles) or Certificates, please contact your local chapter.  Your local chapter will verify your membership and then purchase replacements from the Supreme Chapter using OKUmembershipform.  

The Supreme Chapter has discontinued the distribution of PINS.

***Under Article VIII, section 2 of OKU Bylaws, "All insignia of the Society shall be obtained through the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of the Supreme Chapter only, except when a special ruling has been made by the Board of Directors of the Supreme Chapter.  All insignia are the property of the Supreme Chapter and must be returned to the Secretary-Treasurer upon forfeiture of membership."
