Annual New Member Submissions 

Please remember that the process to register new members, and certificate and insignia receipt have changed.  As always, order as early as possible - certificates and insignia can take as long as 8 weeks (especially beginning in late march and ending in late April).  Please use the OFFICIAL ORDER FORM under the "Membership Information" tab or click on "OKU forms" tab and download the "OKU Order Form - expedited".  In both methods, please download the "New Members Form," print, and mail to us along with payment.  Thank you.
