(1)ANNUAL DUES: dues are to be paid/postmarked by December 31, 2023.  (See Attached is the annual dues form and officer's sheet).  There is a $100 late fee if dues are postmarked after December 31.  We also accept chapter and/or membership dues via zelle.  Send payments to This email address is being protected from spambots. (2)ANNUAL MEETING: The annual business meeting is scheduled for New Orleans, LA this year.  Please see website for more details as they become available. 

 

(3)ANNUAL AWARDS/NOMINATIONS: The Leeper Award, Craig Award, and VP nominations period is now over.  If you would like consideration for the Chapter Award, please send your chapter's annual report by December 31.  Award deadlines may be found here: https://okusupreme.org/awards.  All materials may be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. (4)ANNUAL INDUCTIONS:  To register new inductees, please use the website (preferable) or the updated excel spreadsheet (attached).  Our printer created the excel form to reduce order printing times.  Please note, given the increased cost of induction materials (certificates, keys, stoles), individual membership fees will be increasing on February 1, 2024.  We are waiting for the final quotes from our suppliers before setting the membership fees.  Attached you will find the PROPOSED new individual membership form.  Upon the fee increase, a stole will now be included in the Faculty and Honorary Membership.  An email will be distributed when the price is finalized.

 

(5)BYLAW AMENDMENTS: Please see attached proposed amendment.  These bylaws were posted in early October 2023 with a call for chapter comments.  The comment period is closed and proposals are posted to the website in final form .  A vote will take place at the annual business meeting in March.
