Greetings:
I am writing with updates and reminders for the upcoming year.
- Annual dues: Chapter dues are to be paid or postmarked before December 31, 2025. Any chapter that fails to submit their dues beforehand must also include a $100 late fee when they do send their annual dues. Annual dues form is attached and/or available on our website after login (see OKU Forms tab***).
- Annual Inductions: The 2024-25 induction season went well from a production, shipping, and delivery stand point. As always, there were a few issues; but on average, we believe last year was a success. We will continue with the same process and service this year. New members will be given a certificate, unengraved key, key ribbon, and stole. Please remember to register names through the website’s submission system. Using the excel file under the OKU Forms tab is only if you are having trouble using the website.
- Annual Meeting: The annual meeting is not yet confirmed. Tentatively, it will be held on the first Sunday of the ADEA Annual Session in Montreal. Please check the website for updates.
- Annual Awards and Nominations: Consider sending a nomination for annual awards and nominations. Deadlines may be found here: https://okusupreme.org/awards.
